Job summary

Boston Government Services, LLC is seeking a Security Front Door-Service Desk Analyst in Oak Ridge, TN. This evergreen pool gathers qualified candidates for roles supporting clients across the United States.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, cybersecurity or IT service desk experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with users. Responsibilities include handling security inquiries, triaging tickets, and coordinating with government and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in cybersecurity support, IT service desk, security operations support, privacy/security intake, or technical customer support.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, RMF processes, security/privacy requests, and escalation workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly with users and document support activity accurately.
• Strong customer-service orientation with good judgment for escalation.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line information security and privacy support to client employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Triage, route, and document security-related tickets and inquiries using approved Government systems.
• Provide process guidance and technical support for cybersecurity and privacy requests.
• Escalate complex or policy-sensitive matters to Government or technical personnel.
• Maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and contact lists; track metrics for reporting.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, system owners, privacy coordinators, SOC, RMF, vulnerability, and engineering teams as needed.
