Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Operate and manage multi-line telephones and route calls and voicemails.
• Receive, sort, and process mail.
• Handle all incoming/outgoing facsimiles.
• Handle UPS packages and schedule FedEx pickups.
• Assist HR in processing job applications and reference checks.
• Manage postage money and reconciliation.
• Maintain a safe, clean reception area and keep amenities organized.
