Kittle Property Group is seeking a Front Desk & Travel Assistant to join our Corporate team at our headquarters in Indianapolis.
Pay: $21/Hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating the reception area, managing office operations, and providing administrative support to departments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily building operations.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including bookings, receipts reconciliation, managing Concur software, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain phone lists, seating charts, and other relevant lists.
- Prepare work areas for new hires with supplies, name plates, and lists.
- Create a positive first impression by greeting visitors professionally and hospitably.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, provide company information, and transfer calls appropriately.
- Monitor and order office supplies, notify recipients of arrivals, and manage inventory.
- Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, mailing, copying, faxing, and ordering lunches.
- Manage conference room schedules and reservations.
- Ensure adequate postage funds, water, and vending supplies.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness of conference and break rooms.
- Arrange for repairs of office equipment and notify building management of maintenance issues.
- Maintain and distribute contact lists and mailboxes.
- Assist with coordinating events.
- Keep the office organized and liaise with cleaning services as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret instructions and correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Observant with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
