Job description

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team.

Our Silicon Valley suites with 258 suites are less than two miles from Levi's Stadium. The property is just off the Bayshore Freeway, 10 minutes from the Santa Clara Convention Center and California’s Great America. Palo Alto and downtown San Jose are a 15-minute drive away.

  • Classification:Full-Time.
  • Shifts:Full flexibility to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • The hourly wage:$25

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum one year of front desk experience
  • OnQ experience
  • Schedule flexibility

What will I be doing?

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Oversees front desk operations.
  • Provides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.
  • Assigns and instructs team members in details of work.
  • Monitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Resolves customer complaints.
  • Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
