Job Description - Night Auditor (Part Time) - Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley (HOT0BOT0)

We are seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Milpitas Silicon Valley, a 267-room hotel located off I-680, 11 miles from Silicon Valley and San Jose. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in the hospitality industry.

Location: 901 Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas, CA 95035

Hourly Rate: $22.00, based on experience and location.

Shift Pattern: The shift typically starts at 11:00 PM and ends at 7:30 AM.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience as a hotel front desk clerk or night auditor is preferred
• Ability to work independently overnight and provide excellent customer service
• Effective communication skills in English
• Experience with OnQ Front Desk system is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit, post, and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash and credit card transactions
• Schedule and train team members
• Assist guests with late-night arrivals, including delivering linens, towels, and amenities
• Provide a warm, welcoming front desk experience during overnight hours
