Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of full-time experience in front desk/hospitality.
• Understanding of hotel front office procedures.
• Ability to communicate with guests and management clearly.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and policies.
• Experience supervising staff is a plus.
• Ability to operate computer, calculator, and phone keyboards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure high-quality guest service.
• Train and coach front desk staff; resolve issues quickly.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Complete check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest accounts.
• Handle cash and postings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain awareness of in-house functions to answer guest questions.
• Operate PBX equipment, handle wake‑ups, and paging.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
