Exciting opportunity to join our team as the Front Desk Supervisor. We have a great opportunity to join our hotel as a Front Desk Supervisor.

The Front Office Supervisor assists the Front Office Manager in directing the operations of the Front Desk staff to ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests, meeting all guest needs during their stay, and delivering the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the operations of the Front Desk by supervising all Guest Service associates.
  2. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving guest complaints, and greeting in-house guests.
  3. Fill in at the Front Desk during busy periods or when staffing needs dictate.
  4. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Other Tasks
  • Convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Handle problems in the workplace effectively, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work irregular shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as activity levels demand.
Qualifications
  • Prior hotel front desk experience required.
