OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and uphold our aloha spirit. You will assist the Front Desk Manager, ensure smooth operations of the front office, and deliver consistent guest service.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of customer service experience, be flexible with shifts, and bring a service-oriented attitude. Base pay starts at $33.87 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Job Duties Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Assists the Front Desk Manager in providing guidance and leadership as the lead Front Desk Agent ensuring smooth operation of the department and consistent customer service is being delivered to guest. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required. Must be able to work flexible days and shifts and have a strong service oriented attitude and able to work well with others.
