Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold our service standards. You will coordinate a diverse team, liaise with vendors and guests, and act as a reference point for daily decisions.

The role may require flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays; a valid driver's license is required. Join our team to help drive guest experiences and product quality while supporting training and scheduling.

We are looking to add a friendly Front Desk Supervisor to our team! As our Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall success of the front desk and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the businesses. Most importantly, you will be a key person of reference for team members, vendors, and guests.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Must be available weekends, holidays and a valid driver's license.
