Overview

The Front Desk Supervisor supervises the operation of the front desk to maintain high productivity, employee morale, and guest service. Responsibilities include registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, managing reservations, and handling guest payments.

Pay Starting At: $24.00/hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, assign rooms.
  • Verify credit and payment methods.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Manage reservations and room availability.
  • Handle billing, payments, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of lobby and common areas.
  • Supervise staff, assist with training, and ensure safety procedures.
  • Provide excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years supervisory experience, with at least 1 year at the front desk preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.
