The Singer Oceanfront Resort by Davidson Hospitality Group on Singer Island, FL is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver outstanding guest service. You will oversee check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and daily front desk operations in a fast-paced resort environment.

Ideal candidates bring front desk experience, cash handling skills, and a strong commitment to hospitality.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Six months Front Desk experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Hilton experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations (check-in/check-out).
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and special requests professionally.
