Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant for our client site in Barrington, IL. You will greet members, check-in guests and provide information on services and memberships with a focus on friendly, professional service.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire, and is prepared to support a welcoming environment with a commitment to health and safety. Flu vaccination is required during flu season.

About The Role

Be the welcoming face of a premier fitness facility!

HealthFitness is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our client site located in Barrington, IL.

Schedule

• Monday: 4:45 AM - 9:00 AM
• Saturday: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM
• Every Other Sunday: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Flu vaccination required during Flu season.

The compensation range for this role is $15/hr - $16/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
