Homewood Suites Dover, NH is hiring a friendly Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to greet guests, check in/out, and provide outstanding service. This role requires weekend availability and a positive, guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
• Reliability and weekend availability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, welcoming and professional demeanor with all guests.
• Check guests in/out, ensure payment, note and fulfill special requests, and record accurate information.
• Answer the phone professionally and helpfully.
• Follow procedures on posting charges and settling guest accounts.
• Address and resolve guest problems to increase satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and hotel policies.
• Punctuality for scheduled shifts.
