Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly in person and on the phone.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care using practice software.
• Verify insurance information and assist with billing questions.
• Collect copayments and process payments accurately.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Assist with intake forms and documentation.
