Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception Access Desk in Lithia Springs, GA. You will serve clients at a front desk, manage access control, greet visitors, verify credentials, and handle security communications to ensure a safe environment.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to incidents calmly. Relevant experience and CPR certification are preferred; a background check and required licenses may apply.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Receive and route calls, communications, and deliveries while monitoring front desk activity.
• Document incidents and visitor information per site requirements.
