Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, maintain sign-in records, and direct guests as required.
• Answer calls, assist with inquiries, and communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and access-control systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures.
