Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet for sign-in and badge tracking.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk with site-specific security procedures.
• Verify visitor credentials, issue badges, and maintain sign-in records.
• Answer calls and route inquiries professionally to site personnel and leadership.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and access-control systems and report anomalies.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per procedures.
