Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location within a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment details, manage visitor access records, and direct guests to appropriate locations in accordance with site requirements.
• Monitor entry activity, access control systems, and front desk communications; report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident documentation, and visitor records while communicating professionally with client representatives, employees, and the public.
