Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Front Desk Security Officer with an active DoD Top Secret clearance for a site in Charlottesville, VA. You will greet visitors, verify credentials, issue visitor badges, and maintain records at a technology/telecom location.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while monitoring access and security systems. Position is full-time with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance required or able to obtain one.
• Experience providing front desk customer service in a security environment preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage access at a front desk in a tech/telecom environment.
• Monitor security systems and report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain visitor records.
• Respond calmly to incidents following emergency procedures.
