Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors by following site procedures at a manufacturing/location.
• Manage front desk access, greet visitors, verify ID, issue credentials, and direct guests to contacts.
• Monitor entry points and security systems from the front desk and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate visitor/contractor/incident records and support a professional reception environment.
