Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Reception in Saint Louis, MO. You will greet visitors at the front desk, enforce access control, and monitor security systems to maintain a safe, professional lobby environment.

You will work overnight shifts from Monday to Sunday, 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, at a financial institution, delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with a dedicated team in AUS. This role emphasizes integrity and community safety.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience or more.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution with security procedures and access control.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras and other security systems from the reception area.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalations following procedures.
• Answer calls, provide directions and information, and maintain a professional lobby environment.
