Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• State/city-issued security license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general information, and support a professional, controlled lobby environment while helping to deter unauthorized access.
