Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Reception Support in Saint Louis, MO. You will staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, and manage registrations while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
• Staff a front desk location, greet visitors, verify identification, manage visitor registration, and provide directions or campus information.
• Monitor building access and issue visitor credentials, report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following escalation procedures.
• Maintain logs and communications related to visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
