Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors at the front desk following site-specific policies.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Monitor lobby activity and alarm/camera systems, report unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, and security-related events using established procedures.
• Communicate clearly with facility personnel and leadership regarding incidents and concerns.
