Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and families by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials and maintain logs.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, cameras and communications systems and report issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally, coordinating with school personnel or responders.
• Assist with front-desk administrative duties and provide directions to visitors.
