Qualifications

• Armed roles require 21+ years; unarmed 18+.
• Must lift up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to use a computer/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identification and authorization.
• Issue visitor credentials and maintain access records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, and alarms; report incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
• Support building reception and direct visitors as needed.
