Marksman Security Corporation in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Front Desk Reception Security Officer to provide courteous customer service, manage access control, and support daily front desk operations.

The role requires active California security training and a valid Guard Card, with duties including monitoring cameras, logging activity, and responding to incidents while maintaining a professional and safety-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Must have previous experience in security or customer service fields.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid California Security Guard Card.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for employees, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Provide detailed incident, hourly, maintenance and daily activity reports
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Marksman Security management
• Other duties as assigned
