Marksman Security Corporation is hiring a Front Desk Security Officer in San Ramon, California. This on-site role on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday pays $27.75 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have prior security or customer service experience, active CA State training, and a valid Guard Card. Responsibilities include front desk duties, access control, incident reporting, and maintaining clear communications with staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must have CA State training and Guard Card licensing.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in security or customer service preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and information
• Maintain front desk logs with accuracy and timeliness
• Control access for employees, visitors and vendors as required
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft and ensure safety
• Prepare detailed incident, hourly, maintenance and daily activity reports
• Respond to incidents and emergencies on the property and document data for management

$27.75/Hourly

1st Shift /Monday-Friday

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

Responsibilities of Professional Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Active Driver's License
• Clean DMV History
• Experience answering multi-telephone lines
• Great multi-tasking skills
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for employees, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Provide detailed incident, hourly, maintenance and daily activity reports
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Marksman Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Professional Security Officers:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or hospitality positions
• Great administrative skills are required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid California Security Guard Card
• Strong Computer skills
• Exceptional written communication and grammar proficiency
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Professional Security Officers:

• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Day, evening, overnight, holidays and weekend availability required
