Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Professional Security Officer for the San Ramon, CA area on 1st shift (Mon-Fri). The role calls for strong customer service, valid California Guard Card, and the ability to meet physical requirements including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols.

Compensation starts at 24.00/hour with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has security or customer service experience, excellent communication, and reliable administrative skills to maintain logs and report incidents

Qualifications

• Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.
• Strong written communication and grammar proficiency.
• Experience in security or customer service fields.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Manage front desk communications and logs.
• Control access for employees, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols.
• Record detailed incident and activity reports.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property.
