Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for Full Time Front Desk Operations in Lewisville, TX. You will greet visitors, verify IDs, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service at a manufacturing and industrial site.

As stewards of a safe, professional environment, you will use access-control systems, cameras, and alarms, respond to incidents calmly, and complete documentation following site procedures. Prior security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience or more.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel.
• Monitor the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and issue credentials.
• Answer calls, manage inquiries, and direct visitors to contacts.
• Monitor access-control systems, cameras and alarms; report issues.
• Respond to incidents and document actions per site procedures.
