Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors at the front desk.
• Monitor front desk, greet/screen visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials, maintain entry records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and route to appropriate contacts.
• Monitor access-control systems, cameras, alarms, and related equipment; report issues per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and document actions.
