Marksman Security LLC in Las Vegas is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will manage front office operations, provide administrative support, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma, Nevada PILB security license, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills. You will earn $21.00 per hour with paid training and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have Nevada Security License PILB.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Previous security experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly, offer directions or information, and ensure a positive initial impression of the company.
• Promptly handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct telephone calls.
• Manage appointment schedules, maintain calendars, and organize conference rooms or shared facilities.
• Handle routine clerical duties, including mail distribution, document creation, data entry, filing, and office supply management.
• Enforce core safety protocols, issue visitor badges, log guest arrivals, and monitor entryway access.
• Keep the reception desk and lobby areas neat, organized, and properly stocked with supplies.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests and clients, address minor concerns, and elevate complex issues when required
