Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must have Nevada Security License PILB.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Previous security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly and maintain a positive first impression.
• Handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct calls.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate conference rooms.
• Provide routine clerical support: mail distribution, data entry, filing, and office supplies.
• Enforce safety protocols and issue visitor badges, log entries, and monitor entryway access.
• Maintain reception area cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues as needed.
