Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
Must have Nevada Security License PILB.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
Previous security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly and maintain a positive first impression.
Handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct calls.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate conference rooms.

As the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, a Front Desk Receptionist oversees front office operations, delivers administrative assistance, and maintains a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Visitor Greeting & Reception: Greet employees, clients, and guests warmly, offer directions or information, and ensure a positive initial impression of the company
Communication Management: Promptly handle incoming inquiries, respond to emails, and direct telephone calls
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointment schedules, maintain calendars, and organize conference rooms or shared facilities
Administrative Support: Handle routine clerical duties, including mail distribution, document creation, data entry, filing, and office supply management
Security & Compliance: Enforce core safety protocols, issue visitor badges, log guest arrivals, and monitor entryway access
Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception desk and lobby areas neat, organized, and properly stocked with supplies
