Deer Meadows Retirement Community in Philadelphia is seeking a customer service focused receptionist to join our front desk team. The role covers check-in and check-out of visitors, telephone operations, and daily communications about resident well-being.

We offer full or part-time hours (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm) with every-other-weekend schedules. The position requires clear English communication and completion of on-site orientation training. Starting rate is $15 per hour.

Formación

• Must read, write and understand English.
• Ability to understand others and communicate with residents, family members and the public.

Responsabilidades

• Check in and out visitors.
• Operate the telephone console.
• Monitor Fire Alarms and communicate updates to residents and staff.
• Support daily security walk-throughs and package delivery coordination.
