Holdman Studios in Lehi, UT is seeking a welcoming Front Desk Sales Representative to greet guests, assist with purchases, and educate visitors about artists, classes, tours and products. This part-time role offers 20–22 hours per week with a competitive hourly wage based on experience, employee discounts, and opportunities for growth in a creative, collaborative studio environment.
You will handle cash/ POS, answer questions, schedule classes and tours, maintain a tidy showroom, and work
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Assist with purchases, checkout, product recommendations, and gift wrapping.
Educate visitors about Holdman Studios, artists, classes, tours, and products.
Answer phone calls and customer questions.
Schedule classes, tours, and appointments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.
Assist with inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Promote classes, events, and other studio offerings.
Collect color selections for blown glass classes.
Work closely with artists and studio staff to create an excellent visitor experience.
Part-time, approximately 20–22 hours per week.
