MNTSTUDIO in San Francisco is seeking a Front Desk Associate to welcome clients, handle inquiries, and support day-to-day operations. You will manage check-ins, assist with memberships and retail, and contribute to a positive studio atmosphere.

The role offers full-time/part-time opportunities, with benefits starting at 30 hours per week, and pays $19.00 per hour. Start date is October 2026 (grand opening) with in-person work.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or client-facing roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to promote memberships and retail products.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients, check-in for sessions, and maintain a welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email; provide class and membership information.
• Manage leads, drive membership sign-ups and renewals, and assist with promos.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organize inventory; coordinate with team for smooth operations.
