Location: Houston, TX 77086 (Tomball Parkway)

This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast‑paced walk‑in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.

Schedule

Full time role requires availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 9:30am to 7:00pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm.

Compensation and Benefits
