Position Summary The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check‑ins, payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients, delivering a friendly and professional first impression.
• Present and explain membership options, promotions, and service benefits to encourage conversions and renewals.
• Process membership sales, upgrades, and payments accurately.
• Track and report sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics.
• Support clinic efficiency by managing patient flow and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.

Schedule

This role requires availability weekdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:30am to 5:00pm with occasional travel.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
