The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our Houston clinic. This part-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic, handling check-ins and payments, and supporting the team to ensure a welcoming and efficient patient experience.

You will greet patients, present membership options, process sales, and help track visits and conversions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment.
• Basic computer and payment processing skills.

Position Summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role focuses ondelivering exceptional patient service in a fast-paced walk-in clinic environment, handling check ins and payments, and supporting the clinic team to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Schedule

The Part-time role requires availability on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30am to 7:00pm, at the Westheimer at Gessner location in Houston, TX 77063.
