SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate in Santa Monica, CA. You will be the first and last point of contact, greeting clients, processing payments, and guiding them to suitable aesthetics services and memberships.

You will promote SEV offerings, manage schedules, handle inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming, high-energy clinic environment that drives sales and client satisfaction.

Front Desk Sales Associate

Location: Santa Monica, CA; Hermosa Beach, CA

Department: Administration

What You’ll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.

Front Desk and Client Experience

• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.

Clinic and Team Support

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred.
