SEV Laser is a growing medical aesthetics brand seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding client experiences at our Minneapolis location. As the first point of contact, you will educate clients on treatments, memberships, and products, while guiding them through bookings and payments with precision.

This role blends reception duties with proactive selling, requiring strong communication, reliability, and weekend availability.

As we continue expanding, we are looking for energetic, sales-minded team members who are excited to grow with us.

We are seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will set the tone for every visit, build excitement around the SEV brand, and help clients discover the services, memberships, packages, and products that support their goals.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position - it is a client experience and sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, achieving goals, and contributing to the success of a fast-paced clinic.

What You'll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic's overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.

Front Desk and Client Experience

• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV's booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.

Clinic and Team Support

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV's service and selling standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by operational or clinical leadership.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail sales, beauty, wellness, medical aesthetics, or another client-focused environment is preferred.

The pay range for this role is:

16.50 - 18.50 USD per hour (Minneapolis, MN)
