Job summary

Massage Envy Carmel Mountain is seeking team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced wellness setting. You will provide outstanding service, educate clients on services and memberships, and help schedule appointments while promoting total body care.

We value friendly, reliable teammates who can multitask, process transactions, and build positive relationships with guests. Both full-time and part-time options are available with flexible shifts to fit your day.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to establish positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
