Job summary

SEV Laser is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate in Maple Grove, MN. You’ll be the first and last contact for clients, guiding them through services, memberships, and products while driving sales and ensuring a premium client experience.

You will welcome clients, manage bookings and payments, and support the clinic with accurate, friendly service. A sales-driven mindset and excellent communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

• Identify client needs and confidently recommend appropriate services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting the clinic’s overall performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in required service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV’s service and selling standards.

We are seeking a sales-driven Front Desk Sales Associate who is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you will set the tone for every visit, build excitement around the SEV brand, and help clients discover the services, memberships, packages, and products that support their goals.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position—it is a client experience and sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, achieving goals, and contributing to the success of a fast-paced clinic.

What You’ll Do

Sales and Client Engagement

The pay range for this role is: 16.50 - 18.50 USD per hour (Maple Grove - Minneapolis, MN)
