Job summary

Massage Envy Titusville is hiring for a part-time role focused on helping guests explore Total Body Care and Wellness options. You will assist clients, schedule services, and drive homecare retail purchases after receiving comprehensive training.

The position emphasizes friendly service, accurate math and computer use, and building guest relationships with a positive, collaborative team at our Titusville location.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to connect with guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Promote Total Body Care and Wellness Program; suggest services and homecare.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)


• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask


• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests


• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood


• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations


• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions


• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
