Job summary

Massage Envy Gahanna is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote Total Body Care. You will engage guests, educate them on services, and drive wellness program enrollments while supporting daily clinic operations at our OH facility.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on new and expanded services and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.
• Book clients for future services and encourage homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.
• Assist with scheduling, respond to emails, and handle phone inquiries to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
