Job summary

SPENGA is seeking a Front Desk Sales and Support team member for our Waukee studio. You will drive day-to-day lead generation, track performance, and manage membership sales while promoting the SPENGA brand within the community.

Responsibilities include exceeding sales and retention goals, leading sales efforts, training staff, and developing B2B relationships. This on-site role offers hourly compensation and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Compensation: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
