Massage Envy Sun City Center in Ruskin, FL is hiring a friendly Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, explain Total Body Care benefits, and promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program.

This retail/sales role requires weekend availability, being at least 18 years old, and strong verbal and written communication. Earn a base pay of $14 per hour plus commissions, with training provided and opportunities to enjoy employee discounts and complimentary services.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable in a sales-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every client feels valued and understood.
• Educate clients about Total Body Care benefits and promote the Wellness Program; book future appointments and encourage retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Greet clients, conduct pre-/post-appointment discussions, schedule services, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address client inquiries.
• Assist in building and maintaining a loyal client base through in-person interactions and phone outreach.
