Job summary

Goldfish Swim School – Roswell Village is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to deliver WOW! customer service to our members and their families, assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing, and help families choose the right swim lesson program.

You'll work in a sales-capable role to enroll new members, follow up with prospects, support events, and contribute to a fun welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organization are essential.
• Positive, energetic attitude and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to members and families.
• Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing.
• Help families find the right swim lesson program for their child.
• Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members.
• Follow up with prospective and current members.
• Support events and activities at the school.

What You'll Do
