Job summary

Goldfish Swim School – Roswell Village is seeking team members who thrive on delivering exceptional customer service to families and children. You will help families choose the right swim lessons, assist with scheduling and billing, and contribute to a fun, welcoming school environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• All team members must pass a required background screening prior to training.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members and families.
• Assist with class scheduling, enrollment, and billing.
• Help families find the right swim lesson program for their child.
• Work in a sales capacity to enroll new members.
• Follow up with prospective and current members.
• Support events and activities at the school.
• Work as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming environment.
